ABOUT OUR STUDIO
Our Martial Arts programs combine the traditional art of Taekwondo with the practical self-defense elements found in Small Circle Jujitsu, Jeet Kune Do, Raposa de Prata grappling, and the Filipino art of Kali.
Developing well-rounded martial artists!
In addition to the practical teachings of Martial Arts, you will see many physical benefits from our program. Our classes blend functional movements with cardiovascular conditioning and help you develop core strength, improve balance and stability, and increase spatial awareness and gross motor control.
